Rights of data subjects

Each data subject has certain rights in accordance with the GDPR:

  • Right to object – the data subject has the right to object to the processing of data, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Right of access - the data subject has the right to obtain a confirmation of the processing of personal data, as well as access to them pursuant to the Regulation.
  • Right to erasure – the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay.
  • Right to rectification – the data subject has the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her.
  • Right to data portability – the data subject has the right to obtain the personal data concerning him or her, in a computer-readable format.

Personal data protection breach

Any person who suspects that a personal data protection breach has occurred due to the theft or exposure of personal data, is obliged to immediately report the incident with a description of the event.

Incident notification can be sent by e-mail ured.studiob(at)gmail.com.

Studio B will investigate all reported incidents to confirm whether there has been a personal data protection breach and take all legal measures to protect personal data.

Lawfulness of processing

Studio B will process your data in a lawful and secure manner.

If you believe that your data is being treated unlawfully and the solution cannot be communicated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Personal Data Protection Agency – AZOP).
